Okay so surveying this spoiler we can see: This is the banner http://www.needcoolshoes.com/banner?=iapobhbGbtbwac We can clearly say the spawn is rather new or has been heavily remodeled recently due to 1.8 blocks We can assume permission system for overseer rank has been finished which means ranks are probably well under way The spawn build itself is approximately 63x63 blocks projected around - symmetrically - so yes it is a small spawn and they said so - this is assuming of course this is the only building. Judging by the glitching chunks in the render distance we can see the new regioning system has been installed. The blocks we can see are somewhat orange so they may well be jack o lanterns - The spawn region might have a jack-o-lantern wall around the outside or something similar, for a chunk render to be produced like that there would need to be a few in one chunk (Tested on hardcore)
