Well im on everyday. Usually between 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada). Ofc this varies from day to day depending on how late I work or if i got stuff to do IRL.

here is a short review of it that shows off a lot of what skyrim is and has to offer without giving away any spoilers.

 

I got Skyrim 4 days ago And I love it ^-^ All Thanks Too Poc He told me to get it ( couple months Back ) I Just beat my first dragon ( was on vaca for 3 of the days ) so Probs In total Ive played 10 hours in the whole game.......... Right now I have to go find the grey beards And I got FUS My next goal Is to Be A lockpicker a Pickpoketer and A sneaker
I also Like Mage powers! The whole game in awesome! My Rating of the game Is: 5/5 ( I do Game ratings )

So i found this scroll, can't remember where from. Anyway, how and where do i learn the spell?

 

scrolls are 1 time use items you equip and use to cast the spell written on it. Requires no mana. Spells are learned from Spell Tomes which can be found or bought off NPCs at shops, college of winterhold or Magic NPC such as a Jarl's wizard usually found nearby the Jarl.
