Any kinds of food that is unique (only in your country - or not very well-known but very delish) in your country? Post them right here!

I'm really picky when it comes to food, i don't see anything that seems tasty from the pics throttie posted (not that it's not good, i'm sure it's amazing but i just don't eat lots of stuff ) except for maybe the mac n cheese, i mean, who doesn't like mac n cheese?! That being said, i LOVE baking cookies, brownies, and cakes. my sister and i used to always get those cookie batters and mix it with chocolate chips and make our home made cookie ;3 I also love making brownies with her, and cake with my dad ^^ my mum is always the judge, and so far she's pleased lol.
DUDE. me. you. kitchen. lets blow some tast buds. I freaking love to cook!! *breathe kenny, dont squee over the place...*
Legit thread revival because I was in a cooking mood the other day and I happen to be semi proud of this lolz. Made crepes for the very first time (thank you scotch for the recipe!). Turned out really well. Stuffed with sliced strawberries and a little bit of whipped cream, then rolled. Topped with more strawberries and whipped cream. A failed attempt at a sweet strawberry wine sauce, mainly for garnish. And you can’t really tell, but dusted with powdered sugar. They were absolutely delicious. Next time I make these and use strawberries (or really any fruit), I am going to make a reduction sauce to use in the middle and as garnish, should taste even better then before!!
