    I was taught differently, then. I used to write for example 'hail and me' and my english teacher used to always tell me it's wrong and correct it to 'hail and I'. who am i supposed to trust now ;sss

    I was always reminded to take the other person out of the sentence and read it as if I were talking about myself only. You are still probably more literate than 90% of English speakers, so I wouldn't worry too much.
