The lags are messing with my chickens, and have cut down egg production to 0. This is a catastrophe. Thankfully, the lags have ended, and the chickens have returned to normal. On a side note... My new skin :3 Its Cupa teh Creeper <3
hey, did you know that there is a command called /lag?... maybe stanky2 is on a trolling spree again.
dunno whats causing it, but when lag arrives I head off to play EvE online hehe more than likely it is the dynmap as king said. it takes a lot to render the whole map.
I dont think its the DynMap... Last map had the DynMap and did not lag quite as badly. Also, last map was larger than the current map.
also the lat map was rendered if it is the map, just do what I do, stay at my /home point (do that anyways because reasons. dont judge )
It's not the dynmap itself, it's the dynmap rendering that causes lag. Don't worry, when it is finished you will see that it was worth it.
no... there really is. try it. it will say you don't have permission. that means it is a real command.
dynmap is all done, still major lag. I say all the massive farms. gata remove anything that grows from the market or something lol.
what is your render distance? do you use optifine? how good is your computer? what is the resolution of your texturepack? do you use fast or fancy graphics?
the periodic lag spikes effect everyone. You can tell when its happening because all mobs start freaking out, water/lava flow extremely slow and crops grow extremely slow. If the Dynmap is done rendering and this is still going on I have to wonder what it is that is causing it. Could be the sheer amount of massive wheat/sugarcane farms people use for cash crops. We might have some people doing infinite villager spawners, Or something could be going derp and messing us up.
I don't think it is the farms (wheat-seed-sugarcane). But i am sure that if it is not the dynamic map then it is the people that got infinite villagers. As far as i know infinite farm of villagers is not LEGIT. Just to know i could do it from the very first time because i am sure that i was the first person in the whole server regionning the nearest villager with 5 villagers. But i didn't want to get infinite emeralds or infinite diamonds or anything like that because it is not legit you are abusing the game (bug abusing) and as far as i know that is rule breaking. Well i hope the lagg stops. (Today no lagg for me) =)
