Maybe it's just me as I got older but I haven't really found a fun COD or BF in a while, they are fine and I accept they have their genre. But I just don't find them entertaining. Trust me ask me about three years ago what my favorite game was and halo+cod would have been on the top (sorry bf fans :/ never really played the games). Dunno why <_> guess I should ask why you guys find them enjoyable?
I find Battlefield enjoyable just because it gives you the sense of an actual war, with jet battles happening in the distance, tanks destroying large buildings, and going toe-to-toe with enemy squads with a shotgun. It's just so fun. While I do admit the FPS genre is getting old, I tend to balance it between other games like Assassin's Creed, Batman Arkham Games, and sometimes the classic Resident Evils.

Yup I'm all over battlefield, I'm switching to that from 4 years of call of duty. Kinda sad but COD is just trash now.
Meh. I definitely choose any Battlefield game of a CoD game. I dislike grenades from across the map, a one shot kill with a sniper to the foot, and camping. Camping in Battlefield = my tank eating the building you are in, then your face. Plus, there is nothing better than getting a headshot from 700+ meters out. There is just a sense of accomplishment that comes along with his buddies running scared because all they heard was the bullet meet his forehead.
i will get BF4 on pc when i get me good one for mp only i would only get cod for single player but im not And camping isnt the fault of the game makers. Its the players
Agreed. I probably won't play Call of Duty for the multiplayer but I am interested in the story for sure Also, I camp ._. hopefully no one hates me for it lol. To be completely honest it's only so I can spot the entire field and snipe people's faces in the face.
I also plant C4 by campers, so if I find out you've made a cozy little camp fire somewhere I'm not liking it, chances are you already have a bomb strapped to your chest, and my finger on the trigger.
heheh that's awesome xD lucky for me I've become extreme ninja and people can't find me when I snipe them. Actually I take back what I said about camping...I don't tend to stay in the same place for long because people tend to hunt me when I snipe because they get angry and try to find me so I move a lot.
Never played a Battlefield game, but thought BF3 looked interesting. I generally stick with Halo; but I might take a look at this after it's released.
Man they are great games. I never played 1, but I was hooked on BF2 for PS2. (not talking about bad company although that is supposedly really good too). They are really well put together games. Only problem in battlefield 2 I was annoyed with is the voice acting for the Chinese was really terrible. Kinda sounded like Americans trying to have a Chinese-English Accent
Dropping call of duty forever, and switching to Battlefield for PC Just got Bf3 for PC, probably getting 4 in the next few weeks!
