I think we can all agree that both consoles are good in their own respects It just comes down to a matter of "Do you currently own a PS3 or an Xbox 360" which will most likely be the deciding factor for which console you prefer A wise quote from eightnine:

Ugh this post was bad. First of all "It was leaps and bounds better than the Xbone from may 21st, 2013 to June 19, 2013" is not only false, but irrelevant now. Second, "With PS+ now being required, PSN will only get better" is also not even true. Now that you have to have it, what would stop them from just slacking off on it? Third, "no credit card numbers were actually stolen and/or decrypted" is also just another false claim. There were over 70 million people who had their credit card info readily available to whomever hacked the network, can you personally claim that all 70+ million people went scot free of any issues? no and lastly, it's neat that you figured out how to make gifs, but honestly the more you use them to try to get a point across, the less credible you seem You just blurted out a bunch of opinions like they were stone cold facts, look at things objectively and then post your thoughts
I disagree. Unless you like having super DRM. But It was a response to imme's comment "(not that ps4 was better at any time)" when it actually, from those dates, was. So what you're saying, is PS+ will just be a moneygrab? I don't think so. Is it naive of me to assume that because they're charging everyone for PSN, it will improve? You get what you pay for. Thats why, as of now, Xbox live is better. Because you get what you pay for. This one is debatable. So, you know what? I'll say I was wrong. I have no proof all 70 million did not have their card numbers stolen and used. But in case you can't, then here's what I said in non-gif form.

This is the Xbox or PS4 thread. It was bound to happen. We are all guilty of doing this, and I should not have let myself get so caught up in it like this.
This is really the main difference thus the main selling point either way. It is whichever games you prefer since that is what you are getting the console for in the first place, not which controller you like better
Also, if you aren't a hardcore gamer and using it strictly for the games, the xbox seems to have the better options on other things to do besides gaming. This guy put it well
I'd go with the ps4 because its $399.99 and the xb1 is $499.99. They both look like great consoles but when I watched the ps4 interface video it looked pretty damn good so my opinion i choose ps4 -Hostile
