Hello fellow adventurers! This is a how to guide for life. Ask me how to do anything and you shall know the answer. This thread is 20% bordum and probably 83% heat stroke so it might be deleted when I get hydrated maybe... How to: release the river. Become an Ent and pull the heck out of the base of a dam.
Well, you have three pretty good choices. #1: you can just walk through the gate (I wouldn't highly advise this) #2: You can be a hobbit, and travel along with another hobbit carrying a gold ring who wishes to go to great lengths to destroy it. Or #3: perhaps don't walk, but fly! Makes sense yeah? Go talk to Gandalf and get him to whisper with his moth friend and get those eagles to take you into mordor. Try to get two or three extra incase you run into some tough business.
Do Face the right direction Do Take 1 step forward Loop until "taking 1 step forward" is not possible If "taking 1 step forward" is not possible = True then Do Analyze situation -- Activate the correct "Get past the difficulty routine" Loop until "taking 1 step forward" is possible Loop until You are in Mordor
Excellant question. But to understand this, you must search deep within yourself without getting a migraine. The simple way, is to choose something...set your heart on it until you're about to do it...and then just don't. Simple. However it's more complicated than that because If you're notting, then that's not doing nothing since doing nothing is still doing something yeah? So to do not, it is an infinite cycle of nothingness. Ultimately you must become a vegetable and let your mind escape into oblivion. (not the game or movie). After that, since you're still doing something, you must simply cease to exist. Not die, but just disappear. In order to do not, one must first do something to then get to not. If all else fails, become a llama.
Donate £5.00 or more, $8.00 or more, OR €6.00 or more to natbyte and then hit /fly.But of course since this is a guide for life, here is how you really fly.You must stand in your yard (if you don't have a yard, go to your neighbor Willis' yard), and calm your body completely so you aren't thinking of a single thing. It takes a while before you can do this. After you are calm enough, you must find your inner energy. You must feel it and control it. Find the energy your very life force is attached to and you must throw it forward. Calm, Conjure, Control, and Climb. Keep that in mind and you'll learn to fly in no time.
Very nice question Fillium. It's the number after 41 and before 43. I know of Douglas Adams and his work but this is correct.
How do you divide by zero in reality? Actually, serious question (although I AM interested in your reply to the above) Is there a difference in what the genders are looking for in friends, mates and partners? If so, discuss.
The trick to catching a Squirrel is to keep on feeding it till it gets so fat that it can not run away from you. This may take a bit too time wise so what you got to do is to make it get used to you to such a extent that it does not mind eating from your hand. Then it is easy to catch. If you want to do it the easy way. Put a cat up there. Then it wont stay long.
There is an art, it says, or, rather, a knack to flying. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss. Pick a nice day, it suggests, and try it. The first part is easy. All it requires is simply the ability to throw yourself forward with all your weight, and the willingness not to mind that it's going to hurt. That is, it's going to hurt if you fail to miss the ground. Most people fail to miss the ground, and if they are really trying properly, the likelihood is that they will fail to miss it fairly hard. Clearly, it is this second part, the missing, which presents the difficulties. One problem is that you have to miss the ground accidentally. It's no good deliberately intending to miss the ground because you won't. You have to have your attention suddenly distracted by something else when you're halfway there, so that you are no longer thinking about falling, or about the ground, or about how much it's going to hurt if you fail to miss it. It is notoriously difficult to prize your attention away from these three things during the split second you have at your disposal. Hence most people's failure, and their eventual disillusionment with this exhilarating and spectacular sport. If, however, you are lucky enough to have your attention momentarily distracted at the crucial moment by, say, a gorgeous pair of legs (tentacles, pseudopodia, according to phyllum and/or personal inclination) or a bomb going off in your vicinity, or by suddenly spotting an extremely rare species of beetle crawling along a nearby twig, then in your astonishment you will miss the ground completely and remain bobbing just a few inches above it in what might seem to be a slightly foolish manner. This is a moment for superb and delicate concentration. Bob and float, float and bob. Ignore all considerations of your own weight and simply let yourself waft higher. Do not listen to what anybody says to you at this point because they are unlikely to say anything helpful. They are most likely to say something along the lines of "Good God, you can't possibly be flying!" It is vitally important not to believe them or they will suddenly be right. Waft higher and higher. Try a few swoops, gentle ones at first, then drift above the treetops breathing regularly. DO NOT WAVE AT ANYBODY. When you have done this a few times you will find the moment of distraction rapidly becomes easier and easier to achieve. You will then learn all sorts of things about how to control your flight, your speed, your maneuverability, and the trick usually lies in on not thinking too hard about whatever you do, but just allowing it to happen as if it were going to anyway. You will also learn about how to land properly, which is something you will almost certainly screw up, and screw up badly, on your first attempt. There are private flying clubs you can join which help you achieve the all-important moment of distraction. They hire people with surprising bodies or opinions to leap out from behind bushes and exhibit and/or explain them at the critical moments. Few genuine hitchhikers will be able to afford to join these clubs, but some may be able to get temporary employment at them. Hitchhikers guide has it all.
Dividing a thing by nothing, null, void is possible. However plotting a graph, the solution tends to infinity. My theory is that what we cannot understand in three dimensions - extends into another dimension that overlaps on the first one. So, in a way, it loops back, infinitely which is too much for the human brain to comprehend (as of now). To your second question... I dig intellect.
Divideing by zero!! This is intresting but it is also a problem that you have to learn to handle in some areas of the math profession. How ever the hard fact in this case is that it is very problematic. Thus causing problems in lots of computer programs. Lets take a example 1/1 = 1 1/0.1 = 10 1/0.01 = 100 1/0.001=1000 1/0.00,000,0001 = 1,000,000,000 as you see numbers get crazy big when you start getting close to zero and when you reach zero it just gets out of control. One way to deal with it is actually just using a number that is very close to zero but not quite there. Then you will at least have some kind of idea of what kind of numbers you have to deal with. My personal experience with programing or math problems in general and dividing by 0 then you really have to check the logic behind your calculation. In many cases there is something in the logic that does not add up or a impossible situation.
But I want to divide by zero in reality. Like what would happen if I divide a coffee that I'm sharing with my friend by zero? Or how would I divide by zero some paint that I need on my wall? Or walking down the street and my jeans suddenly decide to divide by zero?
