Sometimes I wonder if the new spawn is a trick. Staff just takes pictures in a Taiga, and posts them on this thread. Then, that one momentous day when the new map is up, we all log on, and.... It's plains. Stretching on forever. Fields upon fields of mossy green, speckled with all the colors of a rainbow. Faith is one of the most horrible and amazing things in this world.
Im in love with post xD Eaither they ask for op or they end up somewhere pointless out of spawn and get "stuck" and complain how they can't build/break and they can't get out! haha
I haven't seen this question answered yet...so I have to ask How is the current map running 1.7 yet the new map can't run 1.7? Whenever asked towards staff they say it's bukkit, yet it seems like it's just that the new map isn't finished? This doesn't really add up to be honest. I personally have no problem waiting for the new map to be built, but I really wanted to know what is preventing the map change now because we are already running 1.7. Thanks to any who provide insight. If you have no useful insight to add, do not call me impatient etc...(harry_turney talkin to u)
I haven't been following the bukkit update so idk what status that is in. I'm pretty sure we are running a version of Spigot(not Bukkit) on survival and that is why it is in 1.7. I'm not sure why you think we are lying to you. As I have said what feels like hundreds of times now, a RB of bukkit being released and all the plugins we use getting updated is nothing we can control. Continuous asking is going to do anything, when it is ready you all will be informed. The new map is, and has been for awhile, essentially done. We just have a few details to iron out but as for the map itself it is ready
I don't really think you were lying to me I was just getting mixed messages because of what I had been told about bukkit and how the survival server was running 1.7 What I was looking for and you answered was when you said it was running a version of Spigot (idk what that is but I guess it's like bukkit) I just didn't know how it was on 1.7 without having the bukkit updated but it all makes sense know
