    My dad is a huge Samsung fan but he doesn't know how to use an android phone (he wanted to get a Samsung galaxy note 3) because it's too confusing for him. He got an iphone instead.. >.<

    I hate HAVING to use iTunes to do anything with the phone, or any other mac portable device. If it weren't for iTunes and all of macs proprietary stuff I would probably like them a lot more. The hardware is quality. The Programing and things for them, not so much. That's just my opinion though.
