They've just announced Fallout 4. And I for one, will definitely be getting this. I really enjoyed playing 3 and to a lesser extent, New vegas as well.
There isn't much news about it at the moment. But bethesda has already said they'll be showing the new Fallout at their e3 showcase. There's already a lot of hype surrounding this game. Anyone else here looking forward to it?

You can also pre-order the game here - http://fallout4.com/

Preordering it. I don't care what the rule is, I'm breaking it with my face, teeth, and another other part of my body that is capable of shattering shit.

Never played any of the fallout games myself. Seems like something i will play a lot for a week or two, then never really get back into. Besides, i'm worried my laptop can't run it properly.

This is a game i've waited to play almost a decade now. Bethesda's fallout series is really amazing and the quality of anything fallout 3 and above have a very high caliber in my book

Never could get into Fallout, only tried New Vegas and it just didn't click. Maybe this game will change things though!

Will be getting it for sure :) Fallout is one of my favorite game series. I do no recommend preordering it yet though, I would wait until they have incentives on the preorder so you can get extras. The new Fallout takes place in the commonweath which I am very excited about and already expected that to be the location of the next title. I expect we will get some android followers too.

WIth the new steam refund you might aswell if you have the money, you can refund all pre-orders (always could) and when the games comes out the 14 days start and if the game has major issues within the first hours refund the game.

It kind of sucks they only give you two hours of game time to figure out if you really want to keep a game though, but I guess that would be better than not being able to get a refund at all.

The refund is for if a game is broken. You're not meant to use it to try out games. That's a side effect i guess. Still though, 2 hours is a bit short. A game could break over 2 hours in and then you lose your money.

I thought the whole point of it WAS to try out games and see if you like them.. There aren't many broken games on Steam

Origin offers a guaranteed refund if you don't like the game :) to bad they don't have as much as steam.

Probably a big reason why steam did the refund thing. I mean, even EA had better customer services then they did.

It looks like they're changing that though, which is great. Next step might be actually getting customer support...

Hmm... I am interrest in this game, although i might not be able to properly play this one depending on the required specs. I'm thinking of getting 3 or New Vegas. What would you guys recommend for someone who has never played any of the Fallout games and has a regular-ish laptop?

I like how people are all like: "This game looks too cartoony!" Or blah blah blah.

I don't think these people realize; Fallout was never intended to be realistic, they've always had a tongue-in-cheek joke flying around. Let's also not forget, this is the game series that made Vault 69 a living joke. (Vault 68 was the same scenario except reversed.)
