TL;DR: I'm leaving the server, and Minecraft in general. (This doesn't mean I'll be 100% gone, though.) --- This is really hard for me to say. It's been approximately a year and three quarters since I joined this server. At the time, I was brand new to the game in general, and I was unaware of what I had stepped in to. Infact, I stumbled onto this server by chance. I just thought, "is MinecraftServer.com an actual server?" Turns out, it was. And the moment I logged in, I was met with one of the best online communities I have ever seen. Everyone wanted to help me, and let me get started. Eventually, I progressed through the ranks, and became Engineer. I'm still Engineer, to this day. I've had some bad moments on the server, and I've been off of it for a little bit, but I've been joining the server for the most part, daily. But I think it's time to stop that. I feel like I can do more things if I just let go of this server, and Minecraft in general. It'll open up so many more possibilities for me, things to discover, and things that have yet to be discovered. I'll be able to work on my programming full-time, instead of having to spend 75% of my time on Minecraft. Now, this decision isn't without regret; I'm going to miss all of you, and really miss some of you. No offense. But, I just think it's for the best. This doesn't mean this is my very last connection to this server. I'll be on the forums from time to time, and possibly on the server. But for the most part, I'll be completely inactive. Have fun with all your future projects, everyone. I'll see you around. - S
