Probably what you dont normally see but can someone put up a simple step by step guide on how to make a cave spider trap - i always find them and others but cant make mob traps because the spiders can climb the walls - if anyone can help me much abliged Also a general request on how to use redstone for starters because it really bugs me how i cant use one of the most simple items in the game and am tired on needing other peoples help So if you can help thankyou

Forums and videos are not very helpful to me they dont really explain how they work - someone there telling me how i gone wrong is helpfull

woop thanks to kluge5 i can now make piston doors i made an automatic piston doors set on a timer which i felt impressed with now to work on some mob spawners and i will be confident with redstone
xenome, there is a glitch that occurs sometimes when you build an invert cell, i think that's what happened to you.
