This is not a very good idea.First of all, where would they put the bigger plots? It would ruin the whole grid. Second of all, command blocks would give them permission to do whatever they want by typing in the command. Third of all, a person who is not event a Constructor could get this rank and it seems to be to easy to achieve. Colorful chat there really isn't thing bad about it, it just makes the chat a lot more crowded and uglier in my opinion.
Heads up ^.^ plotMe is nasty when coming to generating different size plots on the same gen define in config. Perhaps a different world?
