Lola - this is very very nice - I like everything you have done. However it's, in my mine, only 90% of the way there. It's likely the best hotel on the map, but still it's missing some things like artwork on the walls, rooms with different themes, etc... However I'm not going to deny this one - I am going to wait and see if any other OS's want to approve it...
Unfortunately it's quite small of a build for my taste. Deny from my side. Some tips: Make it bigger, make more wings to the building, use more of your plot in general.
My plot is being used for a lot I can't really expand it anymore. But there is a lot more of my plot covered by other buildings
Seems to be all the comments we are getting - I'm going to deny but hope that you will resubmit... And remember "my project is small because I have other stuff in my plot" isn't really a valid reason for having a small build. You could always build on another plot reserved specifically for your arch build.
