While I like your plot in general I don't think it is ready for designer. There are a whole bunch of great ideas that you can finish up. Here are some pointers. Terraforming & Custom trees always impress. The lights alongside the road concept is good but incomplete. Make sure your houses are decorated on both the inside and the outside. Try to make the whole build work as a whole the feeling I get now is that you have many great ideas by them selves. I
