Getting compliments is nice, giving compliments is sometimes hard but it's better than to bitch someone about it.
Disagree. It's better to say "That sucks. Reason why. Try again". They'll either come up with something better or give up and do something else. Either way they are better off. Truth hurts sometimes, but sometimes people need to hear "No dear, you cannot sing very well at this time, you need to go practice more, " or "You have tone deafness. It will be very difficult for you to be a good singer." How else are people going to improve? Then you put the ball in their court. will they rise or choose the ground? This creeper does suck.
