I do like your concept and it is a very good one. Your layout of the place is great, what i'm missing is the design in the different rooms. What I see here is a great start of a designer project but it is not ready quite yet. Ill decline the build for now. So please spend the next month improving it and have people help you with ideas on how to make it better.
