I don't remember Do you have the Nether Star in your normal inventory so an Overseer can confirm. no I was a Trav on the last map for finding a catacomb and was overlooked when the Explorer rank came out. I asked around and quite a few people said they would vouch for me if I'm not on the permission log. You'll also find no record of me applying for the rank on the new map.
Animo - a screenshot of yourself being purple on the last map would also help if more evidence is needed.
