I am here to try to become a designer, and on my third plot (/p h:3 BeastTamer569), I worked on the entire plot alone (if you don't count WorldEdit as a person). It's really nice and a really neat concept but it needs MORE stuff - the flat ground looks good, but it looks too empty and while the ship is nice looking it doesn't quite fill the whole plot with interesting designs or builds. Add more to it and resubmit.
