First of all, PC is not a laptop so your title isn't right to start with, 2nd lets go over the basics..

What kind of lag, delay or FPS lag?
    Do you have:
    • Latest Java version?
    • Latest video-card drivers?
    • Fresh copy of Minecraft
    • Looked on google for more people with the same issue with your laptop?

    Im not sure

Do some research. Built in ones should usually update themselves but its worth doing a check as sometimes they can be missed.

The way it lags is delay ill try and do something and it will take a minute for it to actually do it.

Are you playing wireless? Otherwise try running a tracert to minecraftserver.com and look where the delay is coming from

Woops sorry, then first try it while you have a LAN cable plugged in, I assume its something that has to do with your wireless connection. Otherwise: Run > CMD > tracert IP

At this point, if I were you, Id download the latest version of TeamView and have melvin or someone else here who knows something about computers and let them do it for you remotely.
