Before reviewing this some thoughts... There is very little lighting, it looks bad and dreary at night. The outside wall looks fantastic. The inside wall looks plain and boring. Your moat is 1 block deep and has no texture like a real body of water would. You have some flat grass that could use some stuff - a pathway, fun stuff to look at, a hidden feature, etc... I'm not saying no, but I am saying do some more work and get back to us.
