Ok, I like the theme of the build were you have a Red/Lava vs Blue/Water How ever you have not even close to designer standard.
By that - let me give you a few pointers... 1) Go around and look at what other designers have done with their plots to get the rank. You have to be at least that good to get it yourself. Spend time looking around - notice how they often use dozens of different block types, how rooms of a building have a purpose and walls and floors and remind you of real life... 2) Read what we say to people who fail - how we hate square buildings, and large flat areas and redstone that shows and builds that fail to make us say 'wow'. Take notes - the winners do - Most builds I've seen lately have hand made trees instead of planted ones because i've mentioned in ehre a few times how the generated trees often don't fit the theme of the build. 3) Stop asking OS's for help in game. Your help comes here. 4) Ask other designers for help... but not in building your plot, but in using WE tools and if you see something in their plot that you don't undersand - ask how they did it. Some will be jerks and not give you good answers, some will spend hours making sure you understand.
