    I use Bandicam and Turtle Beach's X11.

When I record videos my voice is too loud. This is never a problem when I am on Skype however in a conversation with people. If you know how I can do that without making myself talk quieter.
So basically what should my audio setting be at?
If you need an example of how my voice is too loud, then go over to my YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/nweenglish

It all depends on your program. If you are using fraps: go into your computer's sound settings and adjust the appropriate control. Hypercam and Camtasia have a built in feature to control it, and they are visible when you come to the record screen. You can also lower the volume after you film it in the editing process.

Not sure what OS you have, but I'll assume it is windows.
    Ways to lower your mic:
In windows: Start -> Control Panel -> Sound -> go to the recording tab -> Right click the mic you're using (usually its the top one (default device)) and select properties -> Go the the levels tab -> adjust volume

In your sound driver program: Start -> Control Panel -> Your sound program that controlls your mic/speakers etc youll find a similar tab for the microphone in here aswell so you can adjust it.
