Quite simple, out of the 2 people who have posted before you, who has the best avatar? For example: Person1 has a pony avatar: *plays the game* Person2 has a wolf eating a baby: *plays the game* Person3 with a dragon avatar: hmm, i choose person1! Person4: (Chooses between Person2 and Person3) I choose person2! And so on. villa... you don't understand the game... tsukasa and melvin were your choices... I choose Tsukasa because it is mysterious. Idk what the rest of the photo is, nor do I know what it is of (i can only assume an anime of IRL tsukasa), neither does it give any clues as to what tsukasa is like (which is ironic because he is my co-mayor).
