You have been permanently banned on this server two times already, you are in no position for negotiations, go 3 months from your unban date with no problems and then you can apply for a rank, you are lucky to even be playing here still
What if I find a catacomb? That's not something that I ca just "hide" form people. When someone finds a cata, it's not long until someone else gets word of it.
With your history of xray, finding a cata this soon from being back would seem very fishy, I'm going to say 3 month wait on that as well, if you find one then just keep it to yourself
