I'm not convinced that this plot is ready for designer, But ill leave it open for other OS's in case they see it good enough. This is my point of view: Your basic plot design is very nice but there are plenty to things you need to tune up.
It's simply - not done... there is a pool with a divingboard but the deep end of the water has a hole in it.. there are seats on the roof of the building and the building itself needs more... well designing, it's mostly rectangular, has a flat roof and tho it does have stuff is kinda plain... the lake is nice, but it needs to be detailed, as in have shallow areas that turn into deeper areas,a nd the trees - MAKE trees, don't just plant them. Denied
