You have some really good ideas but none of them are fully fleshed out... Examples - Your boat looks OK but Your deck is pretty plain, the sleeping quarters have no storage, where is the galley? You did some good landscaping, but the land is still way too flat, it generally goes up or down one block. Even in the water where the ship is - it's sitting on land, not floating in water. The pool is the size of the house and looks like you wanted to fill up space more than you wanted to make a nice pool. The road doesn't need to have stripes on it and looks out of place I love your house interior but your fridge door stays open unless you stand on the panel.. I don't want to pick apart your build, you did do a lot of good stuff, but what you need to is to take it one step closer to reality, more detail, think about how it works in real life - and check out other designer apps to see what we look for in a winner.
