There is a lot to like about the plot - some good ideas but it doesn't work as one idea (houses and roads with big giant avatars everywhere) and when you look at single items like the houses - they are sparsely decorated and all pretty much standard square houses. There are unique elements that stand out saying she will be a good builder with more work and practice, but this build is just a mashup of what she likes rather than something planned out first... Also - you can't submit for someone else. They have to do that work too.
