Your plot still needs a lot of landscaping and detail to make it interesting to the eyes - the main building is nice and you did the rooms up I can see but it doesn't make up for the huge amount of space you used on the tennis courts - it looks like you used them to fill part of the plot rather than put in some detail. Good idea on the parking garage... Listen but some more work into this one and i'm sure it will pass... next time.
