Hey everyone was hoping to maybe get some feedback if you've got 2 minutes to spare. Started working on a new song today and it's far from done, but I wanted to see what people thought so far. This is one of the first times I've been really wanting to just share my music with someone, so if you've got a second, please let me know what you think. nice ^^. Do you play any of the instruments, such as the piano, or was it all done on a program? I plan on trying to create music with programs in the future, but may want to learn the piano at least.
As I said in game, it's great! But at around 00.19, I didn't feel that glittering christmas sound added anything. I'd say keep it as much piano as possible! But over all it's fantastic! ^^
Thank you! Yeah do play quite a few instruments. Everything you heard was original ideas by my through a midi. A cable that runs from my keyboard piano to the laptop and then the program I use records the notes and intensitiy of the notes and turns it into tracks

There is some stuttering in the piano, out of time at 0:30, 0:48, 1:17, 1:23 . I think they are supposed to be syncopated but do not quite make it , bring them in or push them out with smoother timing. I love the Classic Bass undertone. I don't like the bells. They seem to be trying too hard to fill in or add something that it doesn't need. They come across as "I dont know what to do here so ill just put some bells in." Thankfully you only have them in twice. 0:51 the violin cuts out too quickly. Start the fade out earlier or make it longer. The abruptness of the cut-out doesn't fit with the rest of the gentleness of the song. 1:14 the power comes in. 1:29 sounds like you are starting to get lost with the pianos. 1:38 smooth the fade IN for violin. Again, too abrupt for the rest of the song. The finish is even more important that the rest of the song. Right now, the effect is jarring. I know what it's like to be an artist, so don't take this as critical of your work - take it as ways to possibly improve it. You have done an overall fantastic piece. I listened to it 5 times with my eyes closed and picked up different things each time, so, they are not obvious. I listened to it the sixth time just to enjoy it for what it is. I like it.

Everything you mentioned was very obvious to me even before even posting the song because I knew there was a lot that needs touchup. The song is only about 1/3 of the way done and none of the horns are in yet so haha. It's funny you mentioned the bells, that's exactly what it was to me. Was about to upload it, then was like 'hmm, it's kinda repetitive..maybe this'll work?' lol. This is the first classical piece I've ever done, so thanks so much for letting me know what you think. It's good to know what people like or don't like
Thanks man I normally don't share my music at all unless playing a gig or something. But I've been thinking, it's better to share the art of one's mind rather than keep it all inside, even if it's bad and even if you get bad feedback, it'll help with personal growth no matter what.
Chov keeps asking for new stuff (which actually makes me happy), so I spent a short bit working on an 8-bit, chip tune. Never done one before now. It's real simple, more experimental really. Basically did it right before bed while playing minecraft the other night. Hope you like it oh also, I haven't worked on that last song in a while. It's hard for me to finish tunes unless I have a lot of time because feelings change and I have a hard time finishing the songs because they are feelings and thoughts. It's sort of like talking. If you're mad and have an argument with someone, you say what you think to them and your emotions are that of anger, but they subside soon after. Similar concept for me and music but, I promise to finish that song soon enough.

Oh lawd both of those songs are just absolutely amazing! I personally like the 8-bit one more because it's much more upbeat and fun, but still awesome job dude, I really look forward to more songs from you! :3
