It's a great start but not quite designer... Some hints for designer... Empty buildings never pass. You need stuff in it, rooms, fixtures, things to see/do. Exterior should not be flat ground with game generated trees. Lighting - make it nice to look at - figure out ways to light the space without just placing glowstone hanging there. I think you can do it, but you need to do more to make it look like a real pro build. Oh yeah and the video is a great touch to the application!
