reinstall a fresh copy of minecraft. looks like default texture pack so its not a problem with texture packs.
Trust me I've tried everything, the best fix I can find is minimal settings with short render distance. Even then it still glitches out occasionally. For future refrence if I see an abandoned mine or ravine when I glitch out do you want me to ignore them? (I'd rather not be acccused of having an x-ray!)
Well I would suggest ignoring them, but its not that big of a deal. But definitely ignore the rare minerals you find with it.
@Exavious: Yessir! @NemoD98: Graphics glitch! Graphics glitch I say! How would I even change the textures of selected individual blocks to that messed up one? Then go so far as to make two dirt blocks have different textures?
okay 1 last question. have you tried using a different texture pack other than default to see if it goes away?
I use Sphax in the overworld and default in the nether... still happens on normal rendering distance. =/
