Take it from somebody who lives in Texas and has seen 7 real tornadoes with his own two eyes. 4 up close. That is not a Tornado, that is a whirlwind, or more commonly known as a "Dust Devil". Dust devils dont reach a windspeed to be fatal or destructive beyond blinding you with sand in eyes I think they have the possibility of being fatal via cutting of your air supply by swallowing the mass amounts of dirt/sand by being inside it but its very very very rare to have one that strong. You can tell its not a tornado easily by two very obvious traits, 1) it is not connected to a cumulonimbus cloud above it that would also be swirling. and 2) it is not carrying and debris which means the wind speed is not strong enough to pick anything of substantial mass up off the ground besides dirt. Also, you would hear and feel the tornado from that distance, it would basically sound like a train is zooming by you from all directions and Hail would more than likely be pounding the area around it.
Kuwait never gets any tornadoes/earthquakes/floods, all we get is dust storms. I'd rather have tornadoes ;c
