okay okay...I'll stop trying to 1-up emil after this...but, I couldn't not share...so I was mining a never-ending 1x3 tunnel at y=12 like I always do and I ran into a cave, so I explored and found these: sorry it's a little dark...but then the cave was small-ish and that was all I found so I went back to digging my tunnel. I got about 10 more blocks along my way when I ran into another gold vein in the rocks and dug out around it, running into another vein, and here's what that looked like: there, that was about 10 minutes out of my mining expedition from yesterday. The only diamonds I found were in a chest, lol.
