Okay, so I thought of this one today at school... So I'm going to assume that most of you know of The Marionette, or The Puppet. Most theorists will claim that The Puppet is the crying child from the small games that you play after being killed by certain animatronics. But what I'm going to chat about is going to challenge that theory. With this challenging will probably come a lot of dislike, so just be open-minded when reading. While the crying child theory brings forth some good evidence, such as the physical traits of tears on the face, I believe that that the true person who is possessing The Puppet is actually the crying child's mother. If you will consider Five Night's at Freddy's 2 song, it has some lyrics that are questionable to the "story" founded by most of the current theories. For instance, how the song mentions revenge. I'm going to say that phone guy murdered the children, and he looked like a security guard, so when the music stops and The Marionette notices a security guard (you) in the office, they will come and get revenge for their son. Also the song says how it won't be long before they become a puppet. Does "puppet" sound familiar? It should. Thirdly, it mentions singing a song, and The Puppet also has a song. Whether the third reason is related or not, I'm not entirely sure, but it seems probable. Finally, the lyrics suggest something to do with a box, or gift, like the one The Marionette sits in. I am posting the video below because there are too many reasons I've found to list, but I bet there are reasons that you can find on your own. Now what I would be thinking is that I am basing my evidence off of a song, which is ridiculous. If you will now take the first FNaF song into thought, it was fairly accurate to the game's story itself. Based off of that you can logically assume that the second song would be true to the game's story as well. Lastly I would like to add to The Marionette's appearance. The Marionette wears lipstick and blush, which are usually more associated with girls. And while I would agree that it appears to be crying, it could be wearing some eye makeup that is running, and that is why the tears are purple and not blue. Also, the body shape appears to be more of a slim hourglass shape which is a curvy stature not normally associated with the male appearance, but more of a female. I could be wrong as this is a puppet of the supernatural and not an actual person, so it could be a boy possessed a female model of a marionette. Then again, I think Scott could have made it appear female to fool people, but using the same logic, then the person possessing the marionette could also be female, contradicting most people's thoughts. But, what happened to that crying child? He didn't appear to become any of the animatronics, but he did! As you will notice on one of the small games that I had mentioned earlier, an image of a crying child shows up right before Golden Freddy gets you. It would also only make sense that after the incident with the children, the killer would run out of places to hide the bodies. So after he ran out of animatronics, then he had one child left. The crying child, perhaps. He then stuffed them into the Golden Freddy suit. To be fair, the game never mentioned him leaving with the suit on. And phone guy could be the murderer, so that leaves him out of the options for Golden Freddy's possessor.
I have a little to add, In the trailer we hear the song "london bridges falling down" If you look on wikipedia, You see a section about child sacrifice Kids were buried alive under the bridge And when the bridge fell down, the souls were released. This relates to Five nightd at freddy's because children were stuffed inside the suits, and they roam the Pizzeria to seek revenge on the killer.
Nice theory! I Also I have a theory, I think Phone Guy (the purple man) might be the killer of the 5 children because in the mini game where you chase The Puppet around the pizzeria there is a small chance The Purple Man will appear and kill you. Also during the mini games you hear weird noises. Well those noises are the animatronics are actually spelling out words like "SAVE THEM" "HELP THEM" and "SAVE HIM" and when The Purple Man kills you it says at the top screen in tiny letters: "You can't" then the game crashes. If you look at The Purple Man's picture he has a worker badge along with a phone in his hand, which would make sense why it would be phone guy. Also in the "Take Cake To The Children" mini game the crying child is standing outside, near the end of the mini game The Purple Man appears in a car, jumps out, and kills The Crying Child: AND in the "Foxy" mini game you have to make it to the children in time, at the last level The Purple Man is standing right behind Foxy at the start, then when you make it to the stage all 5 children are dead: And then to conclude this theory I have a video to show 10 facts about this game:
I don't think so, because on Night 6 Phone Guy says someONE stole the Golden Freddy spare suit in the back room:
