Select the Options menu. Select Resource Packs. On the bottom, click the Open Resource Pack Folder. It will open a new folder. Drag the pack that you have downloaded from the folder that we opened earlier into the folder that was just opened. You should see it appear in the Select Resource Pack list. Click on the Pack inside of MC and then click Done once it loads.
