    Woah that looks like a blast!! Would hate to get that stuff in the eyes or mouth though lol. I kinda want to do all of these runs things now..

    My Sister did the warrior Dash and the color run she just did last week. I really want to do the warrior dash but I'm not sure I would be able to because I have a bad heart. My Sister had a blast with both of them though :)

    Dunno what you're talking about..bad heart? Pretty sure you have a big, good heart! :)
    It's probably not the best idea if it could be hazardous to your health :\ maybe you could jog the course? Would that be too hard on your heart?
